EXON, Sibyllegatan 14, 114 42 Stockholm, is the controller for the details you submit here. Questions about personal data go to privacy@exon.insure.
Only what you type into the form:
Name, company and email are required so we can reply. The rest is optional. We collect nothing about you in the background on this page.
The purpose is to get back to you about your enquiry — book a demo, answer a question or discuss working together. Nothing else.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, see below.
We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing you did not ask for, and we never sell them on.
The details go into our own CRM and are read by staff at EXON who handle enquiries. They are stored with our database and email providers, all within the EU. We do not transfer them outside the EU/EEA.
If the contact leads nowhere we delete the details no later than 24 months after your last contact with us. If you become a customer, processing moves to the customer relationship and is described in the privacy policy.
You have the right to
Write to privacy@exon.insure and we will sort it out. You do not have to give a reason.
